Information You Provide
If you fill out a form, your information will be processed by the WPForms plugin. It will send me an e-mail, I will read and either reply to you directly if needed. In the case of newsletter join requests, I will note down your e-mail, first name, and last name.
Neither this website, nor my e-mail (patrick.kozub.music@gmail.com), are intended to secure sensitive information.
I will promptly delete newsletter join requests from my e-mail inbox after I process them, but will keep the name and e-mail you provide me in a local record for the purposes of including you in my newsletter. I may retain other enquiries indefinitely. When you ask me to unsubscribe by replying to my newsletter with “please remove” or similar text, I will remove your name permanently from my records.
I will not disclose your information to 3rd parties, unless I choose an automated service for newsletter distribution, before which I’ll notify you at least 30 days in advance in case you’d rather opt out.

By using this site, you understand the site or its third-party embedded portions may place cookies in your browser in order to make their respective services work, such as my calendar page (BandsInTown), YouTube embeds (throughout), music embeds (Bandcamp), WPForms plugins, and more. If you visit the login page, it will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. I have taken great pains to minimize cookie use and avoid collecting analytics directly, however these 3rd party services may, depending on their privacy practices.

By using this site, you understand my hosting provider, Bluehost, might log information about your session, including your IP address, access dates and times, and other information they choose to collect. This information may be used for access logging, site protection, or other purposes they deem necessary to provide the service.

How long I retain your data
For users who join my mailing list, I retain your name and e-mail address until you write me at patrick.kozub.music@gmail.com and ask for it to be removed. Your address and name will be stored locally in my records and may be retained in any backups I make, either on removable media or to cloud services. However, I will remove your information from my active list when requested, and delete backups within one year.
What rights you have over your data?
You may write me at any time and ask whether I have your name, e-mail, or any other information on file, and you may request that I remove it. I will do so within seven business days.
How will you be informed if this policy changes?
If you sign up for my newsletter and I choose to move to a 3rd party service, I will notify you at least 30 days in advance to give you the chance to opt out if you wish to. I will tell you who the provider is so you may appropriately review their practices. If, after 30 days, I don’t receive a reply from you asking to be removed, I will include your e-mail in the list I provide to the service.
